Frassati Conference 2005
Thank you to everyone who helped make this year's conference a success!

Conference Info

Invitation: The Frassati Society welcomes all 18-35 year old Catholics interested in growing their faith.

When: July 29th - 31st

Location: St. Mary Cathedral, Lafayette, Indiana

Lodging: Holiday Inn Select.

Schedule: Registration will begin at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, July 29. Conference activities begin at 7:30 p.m. and continue through 2:30 p.m. on Sunday.

Cost: The conference cost is per person and covers meals, lodging, and conference materials. Choice of lodging includes double, triple and quad rooms. Financial assistance is available.

Program and Speakers

The popular Late Night is back: "70's Style"!

Night with Fr. Richard” makes an encore performance to kick off the the weekend on Friday evening with musical accompaniment from the Late Night band “To the Top”. This year, Late Night goes 70s so wear your finest bell bottoms and platform shoes to get in the spirit.

 

Activities
The workshops at this year’s conference will be replaced by a special event for all attendees. Come prepared to be active
and see a whole new side of the Frassati conference experience. Attendees will also view Mel Gibson’s film The Passion of the Christ. (Please note there is no cost for viewing the film.) A wide selection of books, tapes and materials will be available for sale at the conference.
Jeff Cavins
Jeff Cavins returned to Catholicism after pastoring in Protestant Churches for 12 years. The former host of EWTN’s “Life on the Rock”,
Cavins works with Dr. Scott Hahn at the Institute of Applied Biblical Studies. He has published one of the most popular Bible timelines
and is credited with teaching thousands of Catholics about their faith. Jeff is an accomplished speaker and travels throughout
the country speaking to Catholics of all ages.
Joan Ulicny
Joan Ulicny is a native of Pittsburgh, a graduate of Penn State University and the American University in Washington, D.C. Hired by IBM World Trade Corporation in
New York in 1982, she was living her dream until a head-on car collision left her legally blind, brain damaged and a victim of stroke. She now shares her remarkable
spiritual journey of how, “my blindness has become my vision.”
